The stern ramp trawlers vessel is to be designed and constructed for trawling in West Africa,on which fish caught to be preserved in refrigerated fish hold after freezed through freezing hold.The healthful requirements of fish processing and working area shall comply with EU standards. The vessel is to be unlimited navigation areas., The vesselis a steel, single deck, double bottom, long forecastle stern ramp trawler vessel, withwheel house located forward, engine roomlocated afterward, engine room casing located broadside.The vessel is to be equipped with one main engine, major diameter ducted propeller, one rudder and one gantry. The stern shall be of wide and flat deck suitable for stern ramp, roundstern transom plateand bulb stern. The vessel shall have a raked stem with SV bulbous bow.

Refrigeration system especially designed for the ocean stern ramp trawl frozen fishing boats. To keep the fish quality, the ship refrigerate system equipped with two fast frozen tablets, capacity of 1200 kg/per , fish out of the frozen temperature is below -25 ℃。If freezing 4 times a day calculated that the fish freezed not less than 9.6 tons one day (24 hours). Also has two -25 ℃fish refrigerating room and the fish tank total volume is ~ 235 m3; In the frozen fish hold ,the evaporator is used with outside 38 x 3.5 galvanized seamless steel pipe bending coiled coil.
