挖沙船被广泛应用于港口、航道疏浚及吹填工程。绞吸式挖泥船从抽沙到排泥场的距离一般小于耙吸式抽沙船。使用绞吸式挖泥船的最大优势是能获得准确的挖掘轮廓。<br/>绞吸式挖泥船基本适合挖掘各种类型的土壤,当然这也决定于切削功率的配置。绞吸式挖泥船类型和尺寸范围很广,绞刀头功率最小可为20kw,最大可达约4000kw。但抽沙深度一般较有限,最大挖深为25-<span>30</span>米,最小抽沙深度通常取决于船体(平底船)的吃水深度。

挖沙船设有分离筛分系统,为单层、双层两种,沙中的石子、泥巴、杂草都能与沙子分离,通过输送带将其送出。输送部分分为双输送式、单输送式及多传送几种。可将沙与杂质两边分离。输送沙子距离为10-20米,杂质输送距离为6-16米,并可根据客户要求回收石子。如果水面较宽可采用自卸式运输船配合作业。<br/>绞吸式挖泥船适用于挖掘各类土壤,广泛应用于矿沙采掘、港口、航道疏浚及吹填工程。该系列产品整合吸收了荷兰、美国同类产品的先进技术,整机设计合理、全液压控制、操作简单、维修方便、动力强劲,泥沙产量从每小时100方到1000方不等,最大挖深25米,排放距离达<span>30</span>00米,可满足不同工况条件的需求。
