三. 主要设备介绍:
1.本船二台主机采用进口德国马克MAK601C直列八缸10000kW柴油机, 428r/min 。烧重油,环保节能型产品。
2.舱内泵与水下泵为石家庄强大水泵厂生的1000WN双泵壳离心泵,1000WNQ离心泵,流量为25000m3/h。泵体由耐磨白口铸铁“KB04”材料铸成,叶轮材料KB17,是强大渣浆泵专门为大型疏浚泵叶轮设计的新型耐磨材料。
3.船上配备发电机为兰电生产全新船用发电机。主发电机型号:T<span>F</span>W1120-8-H,10000kW,供绞刀、水下泵使用。二台T<span>F</span>XWH-630kW-6发电机为互为备用,供挖泥时全船设备用电。另设一台64kW停泊发电机组,为停泊时用电。
4.泥泵齿轮箱型号为LJ23000A,发电机齿轮箱型号分别为4Z<span>F</span>10000、4Z<span>F</span>1470及水下泵齿轮箱型号J5600均为杭州前进齿轮箱集团股份有限公司设计制造。以生产硬齿面齿轮为专长,具备大批量生产船用齿轮箱、传动装置的能力。可加工齿轮模数为1~45,最大直径可达3200mm,齿面硬度HRC58~63,齿轮精度可达DIN3级。严格按照国际各船级社的标准规范设计和制造
