3. 入级

4. 证书
以下证书在交船时必须提供给船东:
1) 建造者证书;
2) 由ABS签发的临时国际吨位证书1969;
3) 由ABS签发的临时入级证书;
4) 由ABS签发的临时载重性证书;

优质的材料及工艺,所有的钢板,型材,船体锻件和铸件必须符合ABS船级社的要求。
6. 焊接
该船为焊接结构。焊接依照船级社的要求并令现场验船师满意。
7. 试验
在交船前,船体及其它舾装件必须按要求进行必要的试验,并令船级社的验船师满意。
8. 稳性报告
稳性报告以估算的轻载重量为基础,由建造方准备并提供。

7) 用于绑扎轮胎适当数量的小型耳板安装于主甲板上
11. 船名和吃水标记
船名焊接于首部左右舷并油漆,船名及注册港焊接于尾部并油漆。所有字母的高度不得低于300mm。注册港不得低于200mm高。吃水标记以米为单位用阿拉伯数字表示。数字高度为100mm,间隔为200mm,该数字的底边缘表示准确的吃水标记。
12. 油漆
所有的钢板/钢质材料两面必须喷砂除锈达到SA2.5级,在上第一层船底漆前必须尽可能的清理干净,去除所有的污物及焊渣。在上漆前,所有的钢质表面必须无油渍及潮气。所有涂层在上下一层漆之前必须绝对地干燥。

在水线以下的外层船体上安装60块锌块,以防腐蚀。
